About this Position Henkel Consumer Brands - Professional is seeking a dynamic & passionate marketer to join the team and mainly responsible for Schwarzkopf Professional portfolio. Enhance the brand image via commercial innovations and own trade promotions across all channels, work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver business results in-line with business directions/key priorities.What you´ll doBrand Strategy & Communication (30%)
Support overall Schwarzkopf Professional Portfolio Management & own the executions
Initiate local commercial innovation ideas and executions on key brands
Co-develop integrated marketing campaigns with in-house Professional Education team
Work with regional team for NPD / relaunch pipeline opportunities as well as monthly update
Act as brand guardian to ensure brand contents and PR communications across all channels
Channel /Trade Activation & Promotion (40%)
Support & monitor Brand P&L ensure overall meet brand targeted.
Responsible for Schwarzkopf Professional monthly promotion & pre-post evaluation
Initiate trade activation activities with key customers according to brand objective
Manage demand forecast plan, product management and ensure stock inventor
Co-work with Sales team and represent marketing part in customer meeting
Responsible for marketing-related to comply with FDA regulations and co-work with Regulatory Affair function
Responsible marketing budget spending and forecast accuracy with Controlling team
What makes you a good fit
Minimum 3 years brand marketing/trade marketing experience.
Beauty / FMCG industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a Marketing related field is preferred.
Commercial understanding on go-to-market strategy
Good interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skills
