- Support the development of transport strategies across all business groups in alignment with LT's overall direction.
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and benchmark trends for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct industry analysis to assess market trends, operational effectiveness, and customer behavior.
- Develop improvement plans aligned with company strategy.
- Collaborate with Business Development to grow existing business and explore new markets.
- Ensure cross-departmental collaboration for successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, ESG, and internal policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure performance and accountability.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/transportation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge in transportation, logistics, vendor management, cost structure, and compliance.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, project and risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical, adaptable, result-oriented, and team-focused.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and fluent in business English.【Allowance & Benefit】
