Responsible for executing savings strategies and maintaining contract compliance in the assigned area.
Lead or support the lead negotiator in designing and implementing appropriate negotiating strategies and tactics to get the best possible terms.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure optimal service levels and cost efficiencies.
Monitor supplier performance and KPIs, addressing any issues or discrepancies to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
Oversee the negotiating and renewal of contracts, guaranteeing competitive terms and conditions and compliance to legal and regulatory standards.

Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track category performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement processes.

Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in procurement, with proven sourcing, negotiating, and contracting skills.
Track record of successfully overseeing several projects
Knowledge of creating and utilizing total cost ownership (TCO), cost modeling, and additional category management strategies in strategic sourcing.
Proficiency in financial and commercial analysis relevant to procurement operations.
Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
