Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, competition, growth opportunities, and customer insights for new business evaluation
Prepare reports, executive summaries, risk assessments, and present findings to management
Proactively seek new business opportunities beyond core areas and apply critical thinking to develop performance-driven solutions
Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships to expand market reach and communicate service value to potential clients
Collaborate on strategic plans for new product development, including go-to-market strategies and smooth project execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business strategies with corporate plans and financial targets
Communicate value propositions to customers and stakeholders, provide project updates to leadership, and document development processes for continuous improvement
Review financial data to assess business impact and guide future investment decisions in line with company goals
Experience requirements
Have 5-7 years of experience across two or more industries, such as energy, infrastructure, waste management, industrial estates, medical, telecom, or government
Show strong interest in financial and banking sectors, including corporate finance, leasing, asset finance, venture capital, and asset management
Experience with business analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
Possess logical thinking and analytical skills to interpret information within a business context
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and readiness to take on diverse tasks
Eager to learn, passionate about creating value, solving problems, and tackling new challenges
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on facts and business solutions
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score is preferred)
