Lead and manage equipment development projects, including concept verification, design, and supplier evaluation.
Oversee equipment installation, debugging, operational tuning, and improvement initiatives.
Conduct equipment validation, including protocol creation, execution, and reporting.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as operation manuals, specifications, and work instructions.
Support team training and management, and handle additional assignments from superiors.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in mechanical, automation, or electronics.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in equipment design and development.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Familiarity with equipment validation and maintenance processes.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with suppliers.
