
Factory Sustainable Engineering (Data Analyst)

- Ensuring all output meet project's requirement.
- Responsible understanding and interpreting user requirements, analyzing results and data, making determinations by criteria, and communicating results to identify problems with requestor.
- Work with other engineering teams to develop new test methods or improve existing ones.
- Work closely with Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineer, and Design Center by using engineering knowledge and multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and solution to overcome and develop long term solution to permanent fix issue before release to Production line.
- Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations including monitoring dashboard effectiveness.
- Collaborating with leaders to translate complex data into visual presentations that inform project planning and operational decision-making.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms and proactively resolving discrepancies.
- Any bachelor's degree or higher, preferable in data science, analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Able to use statistical control software i.e., JMP, Microsoft Excel, Powe BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint with strong data visualization skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and electronic components are preferred.
- Able to thrive in a challenging environment and working with multiple priorities, high pressure.
- Strong collaborator, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.
- Experience or understanding of 3D CAD software as a mechanical design tool.
- Experience or understanding of element analysis.
