Promote quality management improvements in manufacturing and drive continuous product quality enhancement.
Plan and promote the company's quality culture, and supervise implementation across business units.
Promote standardization of quality work.
Conduct quality empowerment: deliver training on quality awareness, culture, SPC analysis methods, and QC tools (such as the 7 QC tools, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
Improve company's quality inspection methods and supervise their implementation.
Manage company quality incidents and handle major quality accidents.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Strong learning ability, creativity, execution, and problem-solving skills; high dedication and good teamwork.
Willing to be stationed in Thailand for the long term.
