Marketing & Business Development Executive (Logistics / 3PL)Location: Rama 3, BangkokWorking hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pmWorking type: HybridAbout our clientOur client is a strategic collaboration between top logistics companies operating across Thailand and the CLMV region. They provide warehousing, distribution, value-added services and international freight. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Executive to support commercial growth and ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.What you'll be responsible forQuotation & Costing: Gather freight, customs, trucking rates; prepare competitive quotations and accurate cost sheets for sales.Sales Support: Increase quotation volume, assist sales to tailor winning proposals, follow up on prospects and help close deals.Operations Coordination: Coordinate with local suppliers, overseas partners, warehousing and trucking teams to close shipment jobs on time.Billing & Payments: Ensure closed jobs are handed to accounting for invoicing and support on-time payments to suppliers.Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, customs brokers, trucking cos and other 3PL partners; source new suppliers to expand capacity or service areas.Customer Service & Retention: Run customer feedback activities (surveys, monthly reviews), handle complaints and ensure high service levels.Marketing & Branding Support: Assist in executing branding initiatives to attract/retain clients, suppliers and staff.Process & Policy: Help define client-onboarding steps (credit approvals, agreements) and ensure internal functions are aligned for smooth operations.Skills & qualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related.Minimum 2 years experience in sales, business development or operations within 3PL / freight forwarding / warehousing.Proven ability to prepare quotations and work with supplier rates.Strong English communication skills for international coordination.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strategic thinker with good analytical and negotiation skills.Team player who can coach and work across departments.Competencies we valueCustomer focus and follow-through.Teamwork and effective communication.Problem solving and decision making.Initiative and ownership.Ability to adapt and support change.Reporting lineThis role reports to the Head of Sales & Business Development.What success looks like (first 6 months)Accurate and timely quotation turnaround.Improved win-rate on proposals supported.Seamless coordination between sales, operations and accounting for closed jobs.Strong relationships built with key suppliers and at least one new supplier onboarded.How to applyPlease submit your CV and a short cover note highlighting your relevant 3PL / warehouse / freight experience!
