About the role - you willCreate planned forecast / revised forecast based on capacity and components availabilityCoordinate production workflow or Bill Of Material for productsPlan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayDetermine manpower and raw materials needed to cover production demandMonitor and follow up plan to ensure they will finish base on customer requirementAddress issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruptionObtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)Prepare and submit status and performance reports (KPIs)Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse, and other parties,Create purchasing order and follow up components, raw material and from supplying plantsCreation and maintenance of master data in ERPAbout you (Skill)Team playerStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesSystematic thinkingYour Experience includes (Qualification)Bachelor degree in Business management / Engineering / Logistic or related field.Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principlesAt lease 10 years experience in Automotive industryExcellent command of written and spoken English & Thai, and proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsHaving good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, TPS and Lean manufacturingPro-active, Strong leadership, positive attitudeCapacity to think strategically, logically and independently under stressful and demanding situationsPassionate about working with people from different functions/backgrounds
