You will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored HVAC and industrial solutions.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions to industrial clients
Understand technical specifications and deliver effective product presentations
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
Develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones
Provide post-sales technical support as needed
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
Travel to client sites as required
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the industrial or HVAC sector
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, or air handling units
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex solutions
Preferred Experience
Experience working in export markets or with multinational clients
Background in technical sales, solution selling, or pre-sales engineering
