  • Drive top-line and bottom-line performance through market expansion, innovation, and portfolio optimization.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize brand equity, increase market share, and optimize product performance.
  • Oversee modern trade, traditional trade, foodservice, and e-commerce channels, ensuring consistent execution and profitability.
  • Engage with board members, investors, and strategic partners to align business direction and ensure growth targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams to deliver business objectives at both strategic and operational levels.
The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in FMCG, beverages, or food industries.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L over THB 10,000 million in a leading multinational or large-scale local organization.
  • Strong background in sales management, channel development, and trade marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business transformation, scaling revenue, and expanding market share.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large teams across functions.
  • Strong business acumen with financial literacy and ability to interpret commercial performance data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with additional Asian language skills being an advantage.
