their area of expertise. Inspectors will ensure the proper execution of all drawings and specifications by contractors. The ideal candidate should establish and uphold professional working relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and the general public knowledge and abilities listed has experience as a Building Inspector.Specific Responsibilities

Previous Inspection Coordination experience is preferred
Building inspectors conduct inspections at various stages of construction, including foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and final inspections. They visit construction sites

to examine the work performed, verify compliance with approved plans, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Role Specifications

Respond for Check list of handover building.
Inspectors will ensure the proper execution of all drawings and specifications by contractors.
Maintain & review inspection plans to adjust periodicity & task lists by following activities
Maintain inspection procedures.
Optimize and rationalize existing inspection plans in order to identify inspection class and frequency by means of risk-based inspection practices.
Manage incoming inspection reports and assign actions required (short and long term) to be executed as a result of inspection findings. If needed, you will consult with different departments to determine the best path forward.
