Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of software engineers and QA professionals.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, DevSecOps, and Project Managers to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable applications.
Develop and maintain software using modern architectures, including Microservices and Event-Driven models.
Promote secure coding standards and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insight, updates, and recommendations.
Embrace emerging tech, including AI tools, to improve the software development lifecycle.
Who Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven skills in .NET, React, React Native, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of Microservices, Cloud-Native, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).
Familiar with secure SDLC practices and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or others.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A genuine passion for learning, mentoring, and adopting new technologies.
