- Lead the definition and delivery of large business improvement projects through the application of Six Sigma Black Belt and project management tools.
- Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.
- Mentoring and coaching Green Belt project managers, providing guidance and support in their execution of Six Sigma projects and facilitating knowledge transfer to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of ADI business by identifying, quantifying and comparing potential projects, and playing an active role in the prioritization process.
- Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.
- Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.
- Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
- Bachelor’s degree and / or master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related filed.
- Six Sigma certification of black belt, master black belt.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies, and the DMAIC framework
- Possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification.
- Minimum 5-10 years in a directly related to manufacturing operations management experience in Multinational Manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Track record of delivering business improvement projects at Black Belt Level.
