✅ Manage all HR functions: recruitment, payroll, training, and benefits.
✅ Plan manpower requirements and recruit staff for all departments to ensure efficiency and quality in the hiring process.
✅ Conduct new employee orientation (including GMP standards, production safety, and production processes). Design professional skill development programs to enhance technical roles.
✅ Develop and improve competitive compensation systems, focusing on key positions. Implement departmental performance evaluation plans based on KPIs.
✅ Manage employee relations, promote organizational culture, and organize activities to build unity and employee satisfaction.
✅ Handle visa processing for foreign employees.
Qualifications
✅ Thai nationality, male/female, age not over 40.
✅ Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Business Management, or other related fields (preferred).
✅ Proficiency in Thai and Chinese (If not fluent in Chinese, English proficiency plus HR experience will be considered).
✅ Knowledge of labor law, compensation and benefits management, personnel development, etc.
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✅ Minimum 3 years' HR management experience (background in biopharmaceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing preferred).
✅ Comprehensive understanding of HR processes in manufacturing organizations; knowledge of labor law, pharmaceutical law, and related regulations.
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to effectively support production and technical staff needs. Skilled in workforce cost analysis to enhance team efficiency.
✅ Able to work in a manufacturing environment, willing to be on the production floor, and work overtime if necessary.
