QEHS Engineer

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, ISO 45001, TIS) and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer quality issues, complaints, corrective actions, and liaise with suppliers and certification bodies.

• Manage quality documentation, calibration systems, lab testing, and related work instructions.

• Conduct audits, track KPIs, and drive process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S.

• Participate in SHE activities, incident investigations, and promote continuous improvement across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field.

• 5 years' experience in QA/QC within automotive OEM or Tier-1 manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of automotive quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and problem-solving methods (8D, RCA, 5-Why).

• Professional certifications (Lead Auditor, ASQ CQE) and internal audit experience preferred.

• Excellent English communication, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
