As a Section Manager, you'll work hands-on with digital learning products while developing leadership and collaboration skills in a supportive, cross-functional tribe environment.What You'll Drive
  • Supervise a small team of learning designers, content developers, or technologists in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Coordinate task assignments, monitor timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with project goals and instructional quality standards.
  • Apply instructional design principles or academic frameworks to support the creation of engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between your section and related squads (e.g., product, content, development), ensuring clear communication and effective workflow coordination.
  • Support data-informed design improvements by gathering learner feedback and usage analytics.
  • Contribute actively to content reviews, learning tool adoption, and team brainstorming.
  • Provide peer coaching and support to team members' professional growth through regular feedback.
  • Participate in sprint planning and help enforce agile routines within your section.
What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. A Master's is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning design, digital content development, or education technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience coordinating team activities or projects (formally or informally).
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, content development processes, or digital tool usage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, authoring tools, or data tracking systems used in learning environments.
