PurposeTo represent and deliver high quality service to members of the Etihad Guest programme by efficiently processing all member cards fulfilment/enrollments in a timely and professional, member-focused manner.Accountabilities
Manage all the mailboxes that deal with incoming correspondence for the Etihad Guest programme from internal Etihad staff from Call Center, Airport, Lounge, Sales, retail offices etc in regards to cards delivery queries
Manage and control day to day card fulfilments, and coordinate will all internal/external stakeholders in regards to meeting cards fulfilment SLA, managing stock, card delivery SLA
Process all invoices by end of the month to all fulfilment vendors and do the required reconciliation where needed
Process all offline enrollments and work with internal stakeholders on achieving acquisitions targets
Education & Experience
Minimum of Diploma on Business Administration or relevant field
