Recruit and expand sales force at least 25 agents.
Define and manage the monthly and annual Direct Sales objectives for all of the sales personal.
Responsible for the Direct Sales target which is a part of CIMB Alternative Distribution Channels.
Oversee all the roles & responsibilities of Direct Sales.
Lead team in line with Alternative Distribution Channels, Consumer Banking
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
