Feel the place and feel the extraordinary.Job Description- Manage and lead all aspects of Kid’s club, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee the Kid’s club area and play park, maintaining high standards of service.
- Drive the sale of services, including birthday parties, cooking class and other events, meeting revenue targets.
- Supervise and engage with children in the play area when needed, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities for children.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the facility.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor and report on operational performance to senior management.
- Exhibit flexibility in the work schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.Qualifications
  • Thai nationals only.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
  • Experience working with children is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality.
