Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, tax laws, and internal compliance protocols.
Partner with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies and long-term business plans.
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, investment planning, and working capital optimization.
Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, regulatory bodies, and investors.
Identify financial risks and design mitigation strategies to support business resilience.
Direct the activities of the finance, accounting, and internal control teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide financial due diligence and support for mergers, acquisitions, and key investment initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within manufacturing (automotive experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities with a collaborative approach.Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, MBA, or equivalent is highly desirable).
