The Successful Applicant
  • 10-15 years of experience in luxury brand, hospitality, private banking, or high-value client services
  • Proven success in launching or scaling premium customer experiences or businesses
  • Strong network in Thailand's luxury sector and confidence in building elite client relationships
  • Experience with membership programs, CRM systems, and P&L management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, discretion, and a passion for customer excellence
