Design and refine membership tiers based on data, lifestyle, and client behavior
Oversee CRM, client onboarding, and personalized service journeys
Drive growth through hands-on execution, team leadership, and strategic innovation
The Successful Applicant
10-15 years of experience in luxury brand, hospitality, private banking, or high-value client services
Proven success in launching or scaling premium customer experiences or businesses
Strong network in Thailand's luxury sector and confidence in building elite client relationships
Experience with membership programs, CRM systems, and P&L management
Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, discretion, and a passion for customer excellence
