- Accountable for drafting designs for mechanical frameworks and validating technical background and servicing.
- Liable for master data-Material bills, maintenance timelines, and reminders in the Plant Maintenance System.
- Arrangement of the whole organizational master data via Preventive Maintenance plan, Transaction Code, BOM, Repair Job Sheet, Evaluation, PM Task Center.
- SAP/PM master date and frameworks.
- According to procedures, create and maintain an accessible filing system to manage the contracts related to machinery/equipment purchase, services maintenance and repair with proper indexing and referencing and keep these information confidential.
- Assist supervisor in following up the maintenance service contracts, check the price, quality and performance of the external repairing/maintenance service providers to support meeting production needs in maintenance and repairing services.
- Monitor the stock of spare parts and initial request for replenishment to ensure no interruption of operation of the machinery repairing due to stock problems.
- Capital investment project and plant modifications.
- Ordering turnaround services regarding site facilities. Facilitate building services, construction layout for maintenance works for project and regular maintenance needs.
- Control all projects to meet construction safety, quality, budget, and time frame.
- Coordinate with purchasing department to negotiate with supplier/contractor.
- Make project proposal consists of P&ID, cost estimation, schedule, validation protocol and equipment/machine detail for approving.
- Lead Job Safety Analysis with safety and production team. Control contractors to work with EHS
- Test run and commissioning.
- Compiling equipment spec. and design.
- Clarify scope of work for project.
- Coordinate with maintenance section to select equipment for suitable with their activity.
- Follow up the project result after erection to ensure all project will be performed with requirements.
- Set up training programs of all new processes/equipment for user.
- develop specific maintenance strategy for technical equipment
- Set-up spare parts strategy, turnaround strategy.
- Operational excellence in technical equipment.
- Implementation of Responsible Care according to corporate policies and procedures and responsible for joining the emergency response team of Rayong plant. Implementation of housekeeping to maintain working area tidy.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of direct maintenance experience in manufacturing or chemical industries.
- Understanding of chemical production or manufacturing.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Rayong
