- Assist in operating and maintaining basic functions of Lathe machines and NC Milling machines.
- Support fabrication and assembly of tooling and fixtures used in internal manufacturing.
- Perform basic inspection of machined parts under supervision.
- Help maintain machine readiness and cleanliness of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Machinery or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machining processes, including lathe and NC milling operations.
- Familiarity with mechanical tools, safety practices and workshop protocols.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use basic measurement instruments.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in machining, fabrication and hands-on technical work.
- Willing to learn and follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures and team guidelines.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
