As a Conversation Designer, you will be at the forefront of delivery projects for our customers prototyping conversational flows for voice and text-based Conversational AI solutions. What to do:
Work with our customers to understand their business goals, their customer personas and intents to define an ideal automation roadmap;
Design efficient goal-oriented conversation scenarios for chatbots and voice bots, covering as much real-life conversational aspects as possible;
Set up integrations with external systems;
Creative copywriting, including prototyping bot personas;
Modify voice outputs through SSML adjustments for voice bots;
Analyze user transcripts, measure and interpret bot performance metrics to hypothesize where design changes can be made and tested to drive specific goals;
Create effective prompts for Generative AI modules, including prompts to generate training and testing datasets, personalized responses;
Contribute to our design practice through peer design reviews;
Gather requirements and feature requests to improve functionality and UX of the conversational platform. Skills we expect to see:
Knowledge of REST API, regular expressions;
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computational Linguistics, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design (UXD), or equivalent practical experience;
Excellent language ability to copywrite with proper punctuation and grammar;
Experience in copywriting and/or Marketing / Sales / Communications, understanding of the basics of behavioral psychology will be a strong advantage;
Ability to read, write and interpret business and technical documents;
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time;

Add the “Find time” intent to the bot. In the thread of this intent, specify which city the interlocutor is interested in - Moscow or Novosibirsk.
