Job PositionJob ResponsibilitiesProviding front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external visitors timely and professionallyInteracting with employees daily to address workspace questions and needsPerforming the general administration duties such as filing office admin documents, distribute all incoming mail and courier itemsMaintaining safe and clean reception area and meeting room by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsInputting data in related service systemsPerforming as a contact point for buildingOther miscellaneous tasks as assignedJob QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in any fields4-5 years' experience in administration, reception, coordination or customer servicesProfessional personality and mannerExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong service mind, friendly with positive attitude and ability to work under pressureMultitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to use MS officesCreativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinkingFluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible
