Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define and prioritise regional initiatives.
Manage project governance processes, including preparation for stage-gate reviews and stakeholder engagement.
Provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, and value creation through robust reporting and digital tools.
Drive special initiatives, including digital transformation, operational improvements, and new business opportunities.
Represent regional perspectives in global forums and ensure local needs are reflected in broader development strategies.
Promote standardised methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery and reduce complexity.
The Successful Applicant
10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, ideally in science-driven or innovation-focused industries.
Strong academic background in science (BSc in Biology, Chemistry, or related field); business or finance qualifications (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
Familiarity with digital project management tools.
Advanced project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
