Ladlumkaew, Pathum Thani【Job Description】
- Install and configure computer hardware, Windows operating systems, basic application software, computer peripherals, and various network-related equipment for employees or users.
- Maintain and install all communication systems, including email, network systems, and the Internet.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN network systems within the organization.
- Upgrade software related to computers and other IT devices.
- Maintain backup and restore systems, and monitor database integrity.
- Set up user accounts and profiles and resolve issues related to passwords.
- Provide initial user guidance and training on installed equipment and software. Offer consultation and IT support to employees in the company.
- Log and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and operating system problems, as assigned.
- Maintain and service computers and peripheral devices.
- Prepare reports related to IT usage, repairs, and other necessary data for IT management.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair or replacement as needed, including follow-ups on repair progress.
- Conduct training or provide guidance on the use of O365 (email, MS Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, O365 on mobile devices) for employees.
- Collaborate with supervisors to monitor and evaluate the performance of the network system, servers, and overall IT infrastructure.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Management Information System or relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years experienced in IT support, Help desk technician or related fields.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skills working with teams.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
