The Successful ApplicantA successful Internal Control & Compliance Manager should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal control and compliance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
Proficiency in using relevant auditing and compliance tools or software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
