Has outstanding presentation skills. Provides in-depth details on security solutions and designs. and deliver solutions to meet customer needs.To ensure success, a Solutions Consultant, Presale role must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Candidates must have the ability to work with different departments such as sales, vendors, partner teams, and customer teams.This role will report to Technical Manager / Technical DirectorAs the Solutions Consultant, you will:
Deliver remote technical services to our customers.
Prepare and comply F5 RFP and tender for partner.
Design and consulting partner about F5 solution requirement.
Prove of concept of F5 product family.
Present and lead seminar for F5 product family.
Proactively and optimally connect with both local F5 vendor and Regional Pre-Sales Consulting Teams.
Maintain a level of proficiency of F5 products and technologies, through self-directed and formal training.
Be proactive and see opportunities to improve processes, tools, documentation and skills.
Collaborate with your F5 colleagues when required.
Study hard to acquire and maintain F5 Certifications.
Keep our customers satisfied, through demonstrating technical knowledge and superb communication.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About youThe ideal Solutions Consultant:
Bachelor's degree in Network Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology.
Experience 2 year in Network / Internet Security Engineer.
Expert level experience with networking products and applications and cloud technology.
Knowledge on Network Device, Switch and Router, IP, WAN, LAN.
Knowledge on Security Device, Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Security Gateway Solution.
Knowledge on Endpoint and EDR Solution, DLP Solution.
Knowledge on Cloud Solution is a plus.
Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPAM Solution and Microsoft AD is a plus.
Knowledge in programming such as JavaScript or Phyton.
Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
Good attitude and self-learning skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and across various organization level.
