Job Title: Business Analyst / System Analyst / Consultant / Project EngineerJob Overview: We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in delivering software solutions that
support production operations in regulated industries. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal
teams to understand business requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful implementation. You'll be
part of a collaborative environment where analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to understand their production processes and business requirements.
  • Analyze customer needs and map them to system functionalities.
  • Configure and validate system components based on approved specifications.
  • Preparing and executing test scenarios, including acceptance testing.
  • Support the customer during all phases of the project from requirement gathering through go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants, developers, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, e.g. functional and technical specification, testing document etc.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as needed.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops, training sessions, and project implementation discussions.
  • Follow internal delivery methodology and contribute to process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, production system support, or related project roles.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with confidence in managing customer expectations.
  • Innovative thinker who's willing to try new ideas in a smart and practical way
  • Great communication in Thai and English both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to learn and work with system configuration tools (no programming required).
  • Willingness to travel abroad for customer projects.
  • Growth mindset with openness to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project situations and cultural differences.
  • Understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MES, SAP, Automation systems or other enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
