Provided technical support and on-site service to customers across various industries, including electronics, printing, and plastics
Diagnosed and repaired industrial equipment such as chip routers and electronic inspection systems
Coordinated with the sales and engineering teams to address client needs and provide technical solutions
Conducted regular maintenance and preventive service visits to minimize equipment downtime
Prepared service reports and documentation in line with company standards
Built and maintained strong customer relationships to support after-sales service and client satisfaction
Manage other tasks as assigned
Experience requirements
1-2 years of experience working in a factory environment
Knowledgeable in software, database systems, networking, SQL, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
Willing and able to travel to upcountry locations as required
Service mind and can-do attitude
Able to work overtime when required
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer, or any related fields
Proficient in daily conversational English (able to read and write emails and documents in English)
