About the CompanyJob Position: Service Engineer - ElectronicsWork location: BangkokCompany overview:Our client is a well-known Japanese trading company, specializing in industrial equipment and machinery products in various types of businesses, such as electronic, printing, plastics, etc. The company has exhibited for nearly 30 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in industrial global markets.Job Responsibilities
  • Provided technical support and on-site service to customers across various industries, including electronics, printing, and plastics
  • Diagnosed and repaired industrial equipment such as chip routers and electronic inspection systems
  • Coordinated with the sales and engineering teams to address client needs and provide technical solutions
  • Conducted regular maintenance and preventive service visits to minimize equipment downtime
  • Prepared service reports and documentation in line with company standards
  • Built and maintained strong customer relationships to support after-sales service and client satisfaction
  • Manage other tasks as assigned
Experience requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a factory environment
  • Knowledgeable in software, database systems, networking, SQL, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Willing and able to travel to upcountry locations as required
  • Service mind and can-do attitude
  • Able to work overtime when required
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer, or any related fields
  • Proficient in daily conversational English (able to read and write emails and documents in English)
  • Chinese - If can speak would be advantages
