Job Description
  • Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (15 - 20 persons).
  • Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to consistently achieve target.
  • Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well.
  • Control and set the KPIs of team member for both quality and quantity.
  • Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization.
  • Participate in job interviews to select new members.
  • Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers.
  • Provide reports and present team performances weekly.
Requirement
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field.
  • 1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis).
  • Proficient in Lao (Native), and good at communication (English - B2 Level).
  • Has experience with team management is an added advantage.
  • Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends.
  • Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an advantage.
Working Conditions
  • Shift work: 8hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.
  • Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
