- Learn, understand and modify the process to response with business requirement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to solve the problem of the process flow or work study.
- Working with Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Production Team to solve production problems and challenge.
- Communicate status of projects and progress to supervisor.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership and coach ability
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization and team skills, mentoring, training and presentation skills
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Able to do apply engineering tools or soft skills such as MATLAP, SolidWorks, Minitab, Statistical to achieve goal.
