Develop and implement community engagement programs to build strong fan and customer interaction
Design and manage loyalty programs, membership tiers, and reward systems, including fan/customer segmentation and tailored activities
Oversee online communities and fanbases to ensure they remain active and engaged, using the right tone & language
Create strategies to grow the fanbase while maintaining strong connections with existing fans
Leverage fan and customer data to design campaigns and deliver new experiences
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce events and fan experiences that meet audience needs
คุณสมบัติ
3-5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM Marketing or related fields
Solid understanding of fan/customer behavior with the ability to design effective engagement activities
Strong communication skills with the ability to use the right community tone & language
Experience in Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, or K-pop fandom industries is a plus
Passionate about building communities and creating new experiences for fans and customers
