Job Responsibilities
- Understand hiring target - Search right candidates on internal and external database based on the job requirements - Pre-screen candidates - Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and confirm the intention to apply for the job by phone and text - Set up interview schedule between candidates and consultants - Create candidates' database and resume by inputting personal data with industrial and job function code on internal system - Support consultants' activity - Other assigned tasks from managerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 27 years old - Bachelor's degree - Good command of written and spoken in English - Good computer literacy (MS Office/Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) - Ability to work under pressure & work hard - High responsibility - Skill to call on the phone - Good communication skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
