- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region
- Lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring they are motivated and have the resources needed to succeed
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that resonate with target customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, market intelligence, and customer interactions
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management regarding sales performance and strategic initiatives
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in sales
- Experience in Enterprise Physical Security Sales and good understanding of Eco-system from System Integrator to Main Contractor to End Users
- A good understanding and awareness of the Thailand Physical Security Market and its potential
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and team members
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
- Basic understanding of physical security technology and SaaS solutions.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Experience with strategic sales planning and execution.
