This role requires a dynamic individual who can establish strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and integrators while managing a team to achieve sales targets effectively.In this capacity, the Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring consistent growth and enhanced visibility in the marketplace.What your day will look like:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue targets and increase market share in the assigned region
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring they are motivated and have the resources needed to succeed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that resonate with target customers
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, market intelligence, and customer interactions
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management regarding sales performance and strategic initiatives
More about you:
  • Minimum 10-15 years experience in sales
  • Experience in Enterprise Physical Security Sales and good understanding of Eco-system from System Integrator to Main Contractor to End Users
  • A good understanding and awareness of the Thailand Physical Security Market and its potential
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and team members
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
Technical requirements:
  • Basic understanding of physical security technology and SaaS solutions.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with strategic sales planning and execution.
