- Consolidate technical solutions into RFP documents to support vendor engagement and execution readiness.
- Estimate workload and man-days for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy in planning and resource allocation.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring completion within defined timelines.
- Maintain proactive communication with end users and business teams, offering updates and consulting when needed.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to support urgent business activities beyond regular working hours when required.
- Identify and implement methods to improve data quality, consistency, and operational reliability.
- Explore and recommend opportunities for new data acquisition to support campaign expansion and targeting accuracy.
- Design or support development of analytical tools and automation programs that streamline internal operations.
- Collaborate with data scientists and system architects to improve system intelligence and campaign performance.
- Conduct impact analysis and provide insights to support decision-making for system or process enhancements.
- Understand, customize, and continuously optimize the end-to-end campaign management process, including requirement gathering, service and feature development, testing, production deployment, and quality control.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and outcome-focused campaign execution that aligns with marketing and business goals.
- Effectively estimate project timelines and coordinate across teams to meet delivery milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, digital, technology, and brand—to ensure excellence in campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with internal AIS teams to ensure integrated service solutions across platforms.
- Engage and negotiate with external vendors on technical discussions to align on implementation and service quality.
- Monitor and manage platform capacity to ensure consistent performance and scalability.
- Meet regularly with Campaign Marketing leaders and managers to drive campaign rollout, review progress, and identify areas for enhancement and efficiency.
- Lead or support Scrum planning and resource allocation to improve delivery speed and reduce bottlenecks.
- Manage a team of Campaign Execution Specialists by assigning tasks, overseeing development, and ensuring quality execution.
- Mentor and develop team members by creating growth plans and tracking performance via individual and team KPIs.
- Perform quality assurance audits to validate campaign configuration accuracy and ensure alignment with business needs and requirements.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience in campaign management, data-driven marketing platforms, or system integration roles.
- Strong background in working with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, IT, and external vendors.
- Experience in designing and deploying technical solutions, API integration, and data pipeline coordination is a plus.
- Solid understanding of campaign management systems, service design, and workflow execution is preferable.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting service flow diagrams, technical specifications, and RFP documents.
- Experience in handling data quality initiatives, impact analysis, and platform capacity planning.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, data visualization tools, or campaign configuration interfaces (GUI-based tools or scripting).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Capable of interpreting data patterns and customer behavior to drive campaign optimization.
- Comfortable working with business users and translating technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Upper-Intermediate presentation and communication skills, both in Thai and English.
- Proven ability to lead discussions, coordinate teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver on-time results.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development mindset.
