To that end, we use a variety of different methods, including surveys, usability tests, and 1:1 interviews.We're looking for an excellent communicator who is knowledgeable about research to join our team. As a User Research Coordinator, you will help support research from beginning to end, including participant recruitment, user interviews, survey design, and data analysis.In this Role, you'll get to:
- Help recruit participants by working with external vendors and internal data teams
- Help design studies to uncover user needs and measure perceptions, attitudes, and behavioral intentions
- Help execute end-to-end primary research using a variety of different methods
- Help triangulate research findings by pulling and combining different data sources (e.g., interviews, surveys, behavioral logs)
- Work independently and autonomously in executing tasks
- Work cross-functionally with design, product, content, and marketing teams
- Communicate results and help inform product development
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of basic qualitative and quantitative methods such as 1:1 interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple research projects in fast-paced settings
- Interest in executing hands-on, primary research
- Interest in learning new methods and tools
- Speak and write fluently in English
- Experience with survey design and response effects
- Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Experience with travel products, user-centered design, or product development
- Experience coding in SQL, R, Python, or equivalent
- Understand statistical analysis methods such as t-tests, chi-square tests, linear regressions, and ANOVA
