We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the strategic promotion and growth of our oncology portfolio in Thailand. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring our life-saving therapies are accessible where they matter most. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the Thai healthcare landscape, understands the oncology treatment journey, and brings a strong track record of driving results in hospital and institutional sales.The RoleđŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities
  • Account Ownership & Product Access
  • Ensure the inclusion and availability of company products in key accounts, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
  • Strategic Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with oncologists, KOLs, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital administrators to enhance product advocacy and clinical uptake.
  • Execution of Marketing Strategy
  • Implement targeted marketing and educational initiatives as per brand strategy, ensuring strong on-ground execution in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Sales & Demand Generation
  • Drive demand generation activities and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, and Supply Chain) and external partners (distributors, tender agents, and insurance providers) to ensure seamless product access and availability.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic input into business planning.
Ideal ProfileđŸ’¼ Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of Thailand’s healthcare ecosystem, hospital formulary processes, and oncology treatment protocols.
  • Excellent account management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • High customer orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital engagement platforms.
