Account Ownership & Product Access
Ensure the inclusion and availability of company products in key accounts, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
Strategic Customer Engagement
Build and maintain impactful relationships with oncologists, KOLs, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital administrators to enhance product advocacy and clinical uptake.
Execution of Marketing Strategy
Implement targeted marketing and educational initiatives as per brand strategy, ensuring strong on-ground execution in collaboration with the marketing team.
Sales & Demand Generation
Drive demand generation activities and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, and Supply Chain) and external partners (distributors, tender agents, and insurance providers) to ensure seamless product access and availability.
Market Intelligence & Feedback
Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic input into business planning.

Strong understanding of Thailand’s healthcare ecosystem, hospital formulary processes, and oncology treatment protocols.
