Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to get fit-out projects, such as office renovation projects. - After receiving a project order, you will participate in meetings with the customer to proceed with the project together with company members. - Meeting and presenting our service to clients in Bangkok and upcountry. - Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails or visit. - Able to search for new customers to meet the target. - Expanding customer base and market growth opportunities. - Prepare the proposal, quotation, contract and all paperwork. - Follow up the process from starting the Project until complete. - Maintain a close connection with interior contractors, designers, builders, developers.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field - At least 1 year of experience as a Project Sales/Sales Executive in Interior Design construction business or an Office project - Conversation high level in English to communicate with the customers (Meeting, presenting, and making the document) - Have own car and driving car license - Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
