Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Sales Director, Head of Sales, or GM Commercial.
Proven success managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade at a national level, including direct distributor and key account relationships.
Strong leadership track record in driving large commercial teams and managing cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.
Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on experience in sales forecasting, trade spend management, and P&L ownership.
Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
