Job Purpose:This marketing manager will lead channel strategy, sales performance, and commercial execution for the brand. This role is critical in managing multi-channel sales performance (Instore, Delivery, and Take Away), commercial planning, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate will drive profitable growth through customer-driven promotions, strategic partnerships, and real-time performance optimization.2. Main Responsibilities:2.1 Channel & Sales Performance Management
Monitor and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by channel.
Identify performance gaps and initiate tactical responses to optimize results.
Consolidate and present performance insights to management for strategic decisions.
2.2 Commercial Planning & Promotion Execution
Design and implement national, regional, and local store marketing (LSM) promotion plans aligned with customer behaviors and market conditions.
Develop profitable and engaging promotions tailored to specific channels and customer segments.
Lead the development of promotional calendars and campaign mechanics, ensuring operational readiness.
2.3 Strategic Partnership & Co-Marketing
Initiate and negotiate joint promotions with external partners (banks, telcos, landlords) to maximize reach and return on marketing investments.
Integrate partnership deals into annual marketing plans and leverage media assets and co-funding efficiently.
2.4 Financial Planning & P&L Alignment
Align monthly sales forecasts, budgeting, and marketing spend with finance and senior management.
Track and control commercial spending to maximize cost efficiency.
Be accountable for key financial metrics including revenue, COGS, and discount impacts.
2.5 Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate closely with CRM, Loyalty, Operations, and Digital teams to ensure campaign alignment and flawless execution.
Participate in weekly operations and marketing syncs to track project status and resolve blockers.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness based on data analysis.
QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles in the food or QSR/FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of channel management, sales forecasting, and commercial planning.
Experience in developing and managing promotional partnerships and loyalty-driven programs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment on business priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
