Responsibilities
Manage for sourcing, placing purchase order, and expediting to supply materials and services in accordance with Procurement strategy and Project/Functional requirements i.e. specification, safety, quality, delivery date, and cost effectiveness.
Interface with Procurement Planning Team, PMT, and relevant functions in solving Project procurement and expediting issues
Ensure that procurement process/procedures shall be complied.
Ensure that materials, services, and required documentation are specified in accordance with Project requirements
Expediting the delivery process and maintenance of regular contact with Project Management clients or other department to ensure that activities are meet all the expectations of those group.
Maintain updating Expediting status
Interface with Material Coordinators, Engineering, and QA/QC personnel to revolve procurement and material delivery issues.
Qualifications
Min. Bachelor Degrees in any fields (Engineering/Science or supply Chain Management is a plus)
At least 5 years experience, preferably as purchasing/procurement
Procurement experience in Oil and Gas, or Steel fabrication is a plus
