In your new role you will:
  • Conducting Time Studies: Planning, conducting, and analyzing time studies to establish standard times for various tasks and processes within the industrial setting.
  • Develops, designs, plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow,and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
  • Process Optimization: Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Currently studying in a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering program or a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management)
  • Basic skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Physical readiness - able to do time study on production shopfloor 6-8hour per day
