As a trusted partner to automakers and emerging mobility players worldwide, we are committed to transforming the future of transportation.Job Responsibilities1) To reach the industrial project target;● Respect and ensure respect of IProM● Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN● Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product● Manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics, etc.)● Alert the managers when standards are not met● Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings● Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets● Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development● Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering● Manage the process development documentation● Organize pre-serial trials as part of 'Serial production' activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run; Participate to the Safe Start Checklist evaluation by the P1 Project Manager and the preparation and implementation of the related Action Plan● Upon requested attendance in IVC for review of a project in charge regarding the industrial tasks, introduce the industrial aspects of an industrial project in the IVC review and escalate issues if necessary2) Ensure respect of;● All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list, etc.)● All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system● Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site3) Properly manage activities for Customer satisfactionExperience requirements· Bachelor's degree in Engineering· At least 5 years experienced as Mechanical/Electrical/PLC programmer Engineer· 2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry· Worked as NPI or new model project member will be a plus· Excellent team player and presentation skills· Good English communication skillsContact Person
