Key Duties:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the vineyard restaurant
- Manage service team, shift planning, and reservations
- Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and events team
- Maintain a warm, casual-yet-professional guest experience
- Monitor budgets, cost controls, and inventoryRequirements:
- 8+ years in restaurant or hospitality management
- English proficiency (Thai preferred)
- Good leadership, communication, and service mindset
