Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our operational risk policies and frameworks. This role ensures compliance with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations and international best practices.Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Develop, review, and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework and related policies.
Implement risk dashboards, monitoring reports, and heatmaps to track risk trends.
Provide guidance on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), incident tracking, and risk assessments.
Facilitate risk awareness training and workshops for employees.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business related; Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in risk management / audit / internal control / Compliance and Governance.
Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and risk frameworks.
Ability to analyze risk data and develop insightful reports.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Able to manage multi-tasking / multiple projects to mee
