Objectives:This role of the full-fill HR function also facilitates various administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR-related inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and administrative processes.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and goals.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Improve performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support employee well-being, ensure competitiveness and drive performance
Lead organizational development efforts, including succession planning, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
Design and implement training programs to support employee skill development and career growth.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay up to date about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Be responsible for overall HR related queries for Company Group, both domestic and overseas.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business. Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Very good command of English and computer proficient.
