Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and process-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join our Finance & Operations team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely payment processing for our supplier network, while maintaining high standards of compliance, documentation, and communication.You will work closely with suppliers to guide them through our financial systems, manage monthly payment cycles, and support ongoing supplier relationships with operational and analytical insights.Responsibilities
Guide new companies how to work with operational and finance system
Ensure timely payments for suppliers and timely reconciliation; this includes To collect and review all documents pertinent to payment preparation (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, invoice, etc),
Ensuring mathematical accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the transaction before filing them per supplier's name, pending for payment.
To prepare Payable Vouchers and initiate the payment process in due time.
To prepare a monthly payment schedule and ensure the prompt payment preparation accordingly.
Supporting suppliers based on their needs & maintaining suppliers relations
Solving problems in real time
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Thai
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and online platforms
Independent, self-learning with excellent problem solving skills
A persuasive personality: strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
Well-organized and exceptional operational capabilities of multiple tasks
Ability to learn quickly, manage projects and drive/achieve results
At least 1-2 years of experience in Payment
